This meeting is about what went wrong.
What went wrong are usually the HARDEST yet BEST lessons we learn!
So all the deals went great and you are a millionaire investor now??!
Or the reality is there may have been a bump or two along the way.
Guest speaker Chris Rydbom will discuss what he's learned along the way as an investor.
And, we'd like to hear YOUR stories of things that went wrong.
WHAT IS OUR GOAL OF THIS MEETING? We want to take a look at the not so pretty side of investing.so we know what to look out for and gain insight from lessons learned.
This meeting is for all types (and levels) of real estate investors: Rehabber, Wholesaler, Landlord, tax liens investor, land developer, notes investor, or use private money -- you will all find value from this meeting -- please join us!
NOTE: Chris Rydbom who is filling in for Carol Milk this month is looking for more stories!
We all hear about the success stories, but sometimes the BEST lessons learned are told in the stories when things did not go as planned.
We are asking those that have stories to share and those who want to learn from the tidbits of wisdom -- don't miss this meeting!
Please preregister and we look forward to hearing from you. Submit your story to info@sjreia.org and put in subject line ACSG - my story
