Marc Sherby, AKA “The Sheriff Sale Guru” is a real estate investor, author of the book How to Buy Real Estate at Foreclosure Auctions and creator of the Buying in the Middle Foreclosure Auction Buying System and Workshop. In addition to being involved with foreclosed real estate and Sheriff Sales since 2004; Marc is a licensed real estate salesperson in his home state of Pennsylvania as well as a landlord. He is Vice President of the Diversified Real Estate Investment Group (DIG), a local real estate investment education group in the Philadelphia area, and co-leader of their Delco Subgroup.
