BIO’s:
- Jim Kennedy CPA is a 14 year SJREIA member, a rental investor. a past SJREIA Board member and an IRS Criminal Investigator. Jim provides real estate tax and consulting services to hundreds of SJREIA members and has acquired real estate experience not only with tax as a CPA but also as a landlord who self-manages a series of commercial and residential units.
- Scott Good, Esq. is an SJREIA business associate for five years and is also an attorney who has amassed significant knowledge and experience in real estate law with leases, evictions, buy/sell agreements and more. Scott also has his own real estate investing experience.
- Rocco Esposito is the managing member of Esposito Insurance Group and the subgroup leader of the SJREIA’s Landlording Subgroup which meets in Bordentown on the second Wednesday of each month. Now in his fourth year with the SJREIA, Rocco has provided insurance advice and education and has helped many SJREIA members save money and improve their coverage.
SJREIA is a networking and education association for all levels of real estate investors. We offer education in many different aspects of investing and offer unlimited opportunity to be with other like minded people. Visitors always welcome.
