Presenter: Jennifer Lavender, Ed.D-  Co-Owner Lavender Property Management

For almost 15 years, Jennifer's strategies and effective communication with HUD and other such agencies have helped grow a successful real estate business currently consisting of 26 unit.  Tenants receiving rental assistance can be a reliable source of income. Come hear about the "dos and don't's" of renting to tenants with assistance,  how to have a collaborative relationship with these agencies and pick up some useful tips.

Jennifer and her husband Jim have co-owned rental properties in Gloucester county since 2003, both serve in public education and are active members of their community in Woolwich Township.  Jennifer has her doctorate degree in educational leadership and is also a member of the National Association of Woman Business Owners.

Entrance fees: FREE for Members, $15 for non-members
