This subgroup will cover various Real Estate investor topics including but not limited to those specific to Atlantic County.
Where: Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet, 4450 Black Horse Pike , Mays Landing, NJ 08330 “Across the street from Hamilton Mall in Festival Plaza”
When: First Tuesday of the month, 6-9 pm
Cost: ALL ATTENDEES (members and visitors) pay $10.99 which covers the cost of food included. Plus, visitors pay an ADDITIONAL fee of $20 which will be collected by the front desk in the meeting room >> (Visitors pay a total of $30.99, Members pay $10.99).
NOTE: A waitress will collect your food payment for your meal during the meeting. Visitors pay the $20 fee at the front desk in the meeting room.

BIO - Carol Milk is a ten-year SJREIA Leader and will again be offering networking and training in Atlantic County. Carol took a series of Real Estate guru trainings costing about the same as a year of college and got it all back on her first deal! She flipped for cash then invested in rentals. She has done wholesale, rehabs, estates, round-robin, subject-to, and property management.
