As President of University Title Insurance Agency, Inc., Tara Guld has over 21 years experience in the Title Insurance Industry and almost a decade working within the Mortgage Industry. Tara understands how important it is to work within the client’s schedule and focus on the specific needs of each customer to ensure every transaction is completed smoothly and on-time. Tara believes that superior customer service has been essential to the growth of University Title Insurance Agency, Inc., over the past two decades. Tara received her B.S. in Legal Studies from Bay Path College in Longmeadow, Massachusetts.
As Director of Sales & Marketing for University Title Insurance Agency, Inc., Deb Henderson has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business leadership. Her commitment to customer satisfaction and education as well as her creativity, strong work ethic and integrity have contributed to her success working with a variety of professionals across different industries. Deb approaches every client with enthusiasm and is recognized for her ability to develop innovative marketing and sales strategies. Prior to joining University Title, she was a regional marketing manager for a Fortune 100 company. Responsible for strategy development and marketing, Deb's efforts contributed to over $5 million in annual revenue while managing a support team of over 30 staff members. Deb received her B.S. in Art with a minor in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
