Scott litigates, arbitrates and tries both real estate and business cases representing businesses of all sizes before federal and state courts and the subject matter of these cases has encompassed a number of different state and federal statutes. He also represents both homeowner’s associations and local banks serving as collection counsel. His experience includes collection law, bankruptcy law, contract law, mortgage foreclosure, construction law, employment law, personal injury law, landlord/tenant law, and school and education law. In his free time he is a member of the Quaker City String Band.

Dean Semer, Esq. - Semer Law Firm, LLC was established by Dean L. Semer, Esq. Mr. Semer is a graduate of Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware (J.D. 2005) and the University of Delaware (B.A. 1992; M.A. 1995). Mr. Semer is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
Prior to re-locating to Monmouth County and establishing the firm, Mr. Semer worked for approximately 9 1/2 years at a law firm in Morris County.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Semer worked for approximately 5 years as a Community Association Manager, managing both condominium and homeowners associations. He also held jobs relating to the management of commercial business campuses and apartment buildings.
Outside of the office, some of Mr. Semer's interests include listening to music, learning to play the guitar, golf, keeping informed about current events, and reading history books.
