Bio - Chris Rydbom is a long time member of SJREIA, board member since 2013 and currently our Vice President. In addition, he has been a realtor since 2012. His preferred method of real estate investing is in Note and Wholesaler in Terms strategies. He has an understanding about rehabbing, negotiations, flipping and tax liens as well.
