Guest speakers Matt Faircloth and Justin Fraser are two SJREIA members who have successfully made the leap from single family investing into larger multifamily properties. Matt Faircloth is the President and Co-founder of The DeRosa Group which is a developer and owner of commercial and residential property with a mission to “transform lives through real estate." Matt got started investing in Real Estate 13 years ago, with a $30,000 loan as seed capital. Since then he has grown from nothing to a 6 person company controlling over 360 units of residential and commercial properties throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. DeRosa is based in Trenton, NJ and has completed over 20 million in real estate transactions involving private capital including fix and flips, single family home rentals, mixed use buildings, apartment buildings, and tax lien investments. Matt Faircloth is an active contributor to the Bigger Pockets Blog and was featured on the BP Podcast twice, along with many other Podcasts and Radio Shows. He is a former coordinator of the South Jersey Real Estate Investors (SJRIEA) chapter in Princeton NJ.
Justin Fraser is an active real estate investor in Central NJ. He started investing in real estate with one single family home in 2014, and has since wholesaled, flipped houses, and now has a rental portfolio including single family and small multifamily properties with his company Liberty Property Investing. Justin is under contract to close on a 40 unit property in Virginia by early June 2018.

Bio: Tom has been a part time real estate investor for over 25 years. His experience includes being a residential landlord (yearly and seasonal), land developing, and rehabbing/house flipping in the Camden, Burlington, Cape May, and Philadelphia counties.
During the day Tom is a Senior Sales Consultant for Protection One, the second largest electronic security company in the USA. His expertise is marketing to middle to large corporations presenting solutions for intrusion, fire card access, and CCTV systems in the South Jersey/Philadelphia market place.
