Liz and Andresa are co-hosts of the Real Estate InvestHER Podcast, a newly launched podcast dedicated to providing support, education and a community to women real estate investors. Liz and Andresa are full time investors with over 20 years of combined experience in the real estate investing business. Liz is a frequent blogger for BiggerPockets and has been featured twice on the Bigger Pockets Podcast (Show #88 and #203).
BIOS -
Liz Faircloth began her investing career with the purchase of a duplex with a $30,000 loan outside of Philadelphia. After selling this duplex and moving to New Jersey, she co-founded the DeRosa Group with her husband, Matt Faircloth. The DeRosa Group, based in Trenton, NJ, is a developer and owner of commercial and residential property with a mission to “transform lives through real estate."
Andresa Guidelli made the bold move to the United States to start a Master’s Degree in Professional Business Communication at La Salle University. After finishing her master's degree, she worked as a "door to door" salesperson where she gained the value of learning the importance of providing custom solutions for clients.

- What to do with the deal once you’ve gotten it.

Subgroup Leader: Tom Dagney
Bio: Tom has been a part time real estate investor for over 25 years. His experience includes being a residential landlord (yearly and seasonal), land developing, and rehabbing/house flipping in the Camden, Burlington, Cape May, and Philadelphia counties.
During the day Tom is a Senior Sales Consultant for Protection One, the second largest electronic security company in the USA. His expertise is marketing to middle to large corporations presenting solutions for intrusion, fire card access, and CCTV systems in the South Jersey/Philadelphia market place.
