Speaker Bio:
Briana Heino is a New Jersey real estate investor and entrepreneur specializing in purchasing properties throughout Central and South Jersey. Since entering real estate in 2021, she has been involved in hundreds of transactions across wholesaling, flipping, novations, wholesaling, and other acquisition strategies.
A significant part of Briana’s business comes from building relationships with Realtors and wholesalers, as well as using social media to market herself directly as an active homebuyer. Her ability to analyze properties remotely and confidently purchase homes sight unseen allows her to move quickly on opportunities throughout the market.
