Atlantic County Subgroup - open to the public!Highest and Best Use of Real Estate, Time & Money
Panel Discussion with Gene Lafferty, Marc Halpern, Tom Hennaut and other experienced investors.Learn critical thinking skills to use your resources wisely and get the results you want.
How do these investors make decisions for such great success?
Tom Hennaut is that quiet, unassuming gentleman who is a seasoned flipper and self-manages a number of rentals that will shock you. Thankfully, he won't be on a cruise and has now been able to confirm for our panel of experts.
Gene Lafferty has been managing about 20 units on top of a full time job. He keeps his units close to home and has a very specific reason for why he became a landlord for the long haul.
Marc Halpern can be reached in his real estate armchair when not traveling the world to speak as a chemist. Marc is printing handouts, so RSVP for the Atlantic County Subgroup 3/5.
