What is Estate Law?

Overview: Russ will discuss Estate law that concerns a person’s physical and personal property. Involving the planning for a person’s finances and property both during their lifetime and after. Russ will go over the body of the law that includes taking care of people and property. What will be discussed will involve both transactional law and litigation. Estate law is all of the laws that impact how a person makes decisions and issues directives about their personal affairs.

- Powers of attorney and advance directives
- Helping clients plan for the present and the future
