Sharyn has been in the real estate business for 20 years and has worked as a realtor, mortgage broker, rehabber, wholesaler, and now focuses primarily on lease options and seller finance.
- Her expertise is in wholesaling lease options; assigning terms contracts instead of the standard cash deal.
- Sharyn negotiates lease option agreements with motivated home sellers and then assigns the contract to an end retail buyer.
- She is also in the midst of building her rental portfolio, utilizing seller finance.
She is a licensed Realtor in NJ and PA and prides herself in offering multiple solutions to sellers and buying either cash for a quick closing, on terms for the maximum net price, or staging and listing the house to offer to regular retail buyers.
Sharyn also works as a senior volunteer in dog rescue as well as enjoys hiking, yoga, reading, healthy eating, and spending time with her family.
