Landlording tips for Cumberland County
Presentation by Tyler Faiola, Asset Manager for Faiola Capital
Tyler will share his knowledge and experience of over 9 years in dealing with tenant issues ranging from rentals to evictions and everything in between. Also, he will delve into the process of preparing units ready to rent, types of inspections needed, lead issues, changing codes as well as other interesting tidbits that can help save housing providers time and money.
BIO - Tyler is a 2016 graduate of Temple University. After graduation he joined his family's real estate and property management business. He started by getting his real estate license and handled the leasing for all units. He currently is the president of operations and partner in the firm. He also is the acquisition specialist and asset manager for Faiola Capital which builds and runs real estate funds and portfolios for other investors. Tyler is also a housing provider, investor and entrepreneur.
