MEET THE PANEL

Tom Dagney has been a part time real estate investor for over 25 years. His experience includes being a residential landlord (yearly and seasonal), land developing, and rehabbing/house flipping in the Camden, Burlington, Cape May, and Philadelphia counties. Previous SJREIA President and current Executive Director.

Paul W. Margaritis is the Founder and Managing Partner of several real estate investment and redevelopment companies committed to the revitalization of residential homes and small apartment buildings throughout New Jersey, with an emphasis in Mercer County. Paul is known for his ability to locate low risk, high return real estate property opportunities, and recognized as a specialist in raising private capital. Paul is proficient at creating passive income through real estate, which he predominantly does by sourcing private capital and acquiring distressed real estate.

Rick Stein - Has been in the real estate business for thirty-six years. He spent his first twenty years as a top producing agent, For the following thirteen years Rick managed The Princeton Junction office for a prominent real estate agency. For the vast majority of those years Rick was and still is an REO agent representing a large number of lenders. For all that time he has also been an investor in one to four family homes. Rick moved to Austin, Texas with his family in August of 2019 where he got his broker’s license and is currently affiliated with Vylla Home, formerly Carrington Real Estate Services where he tis their REO agent for the Austin MSA. He is still active in New Jersey where he has a rental portfolio and buys and rehabs fix and flips with his partner.
