Mike Bonadies
Mike is a landlord and property manager. He currently owns 21 rental units in Camden, Gloucester, and Cumberland counties. He also Co-Owns a property management company, TerraVestra Property Management, that specializes in managing rental properties specifically in the South Jersey area. Mike wants to join the board of SJREIA to bring a perspective of property management as well as young up & coming landlord. During his free time, Mike spends his time with his two dogs and kayaking across South Jersey with fiancée.
Rocco Esposito
Rocco joined Esposito Insurance Group (EIG) in 2003 and is now the owner and General Manager. Prior to joining EIG, he was CTO at HunterDouglas and Maidenform. Rocco is a graduate of Rutgers Engineering and holds an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management. Rocco offers straightforward, honest advice, and works diligently to provide his clients with coverage that is right for them. Mark Vandzura
Mark is a South Jersey based investor centered on cash flow investments. Investing for over a decade, he has developed an extensive portfolio of residential real estate utilizing leverage and arbitrage with a goal of passive residual income and financial freedom. His passion for networking has led him to continue to learn from and share his expertise with like-minded, passionate individuals. Mark is the Leader of SJREIA's Networking Subgroup.
Michael "Mike" Ciarrocca is a well rounded part time investor who has balanced a business, military career and investment portfolio since purchasing his first single family home in 1982. He joined SJREIA in 1983 and remained active until being deployed with the US Navy in 1989. He returned 3 years ago and has been active ever since. Mike has done most things active investors have done like new construction, flips, fix and hold, and was very proficient at the BRRRR method before it had a name. His current holdings include both single and multi family homes.
Many SJREIA business affiliates will be at tables to discuss services and products needed for investing teams.
