New Subgroup Leader David Simpson
Comment from Subgroup leader regarding Gloucester County - Williamstown is at good crossroad, both economically and geographically. There’s a great deal of commercial growth happening in different parts of our municipality, as well as greater interest residentially as people move out of cities seeking better investments in the suburbs. Williamstown offers a walkable Main Street, a stable tax base, and the municipality that is great interest in growth. I believe establishing SJREIA's Subgroup here will bring more business to our town and to the area. I also believe it will give other investors the opportunity to participate and grow their businesses as well.
