Since 1996, Ron Odom has invested in real estate. In 2009, Ron was awarded The Landlord of the Year plaque by The Camden City Housing Authority for providing outstanding residential properties to Section 8 participants throughout Camden County. Ron is also engaged in real estate education. From the bottom up, Ron regularly consults with clients on real estate opportunities. His business experience has proven invaluable to both novice and experienced investors alike. In 2009, Ron authored the wildly successful ‘Killer Profits Wholesaling Real Estate’, an e-book that tells it like it is in a down to earth format. His book provides step-by-step instructions to successfully wholesaling real estate in an ever-changing real estate market.
