This will be a fun and fast paced meeting where attendees will perform 'back of the envelope' analysis for investment properties.
We will review several on market properties and evaluate their investment potential using detailed property level info from Lauren McNally, Realtor, loan parameters and current rates from Rick Bagel of Nonbank Clearing, and insurance assumptions from Rich Rickards with Esposito Insurance.
