MATT FAIRCLOTH - Brief Bio (Full bio, click at top of page)
Matt, along with his wife Liz, started investing in real estate in 2004 with the purchase of a duplex outside of Philadelphia with a $30,000 private loan. They founded DeRosa Group in 2005 and has since grown the company to owning and managing over 370 units of residential and commercial assets throughout the east coast. DeRosa has completed over 30 million in real estate transactions involving private capital including fix and flips, single family home rentals, mixed use buildings, apartment buildings, office buildings, and tax lien investments. Matt has an extensive expertise in connecting passive investors to lucrative investment opportunities through syndications, private loans and joint ventures. Matt Faircloth is an active contributor to the BiggerPockets Blog and has been featured on the BP Podcast twice (Show # 88 and # 203). He also regularly contributes to BiggerPocket's Facebook Live sessions and teaches educational webinars.

TIME:  6:00 to 8:30 pm
Doors open 6 PM for dinner and networking. 
Networking to 7pm. Meeting begins at 7pm through 8:30 PM.
Meeting the 2nd Wednesday each month.

The main focus of this Subgroup is to provide education on various aspects of being a successful landlord. Networking opportunities will be available before and after meetings.
