With over 23 years of executive level sales management in various facets of real estate, including successfully completing thousands of individual relocation transactions, and implementing several custom-designed programs to manage the upkeep of REO Foreclosure real estate bulk portfolios nationwide. Derrick understands the downturns as well as the successes of real estate, which puts him in a unique position to seek the answers, consult, and advise his clients on all pertinent real estate matters.
In his career, Derrick has enjoyed numerous roles of responsibility which have all impacted the real estate industry, and led to him to his passion – residential / corporate owned real estate and REO sales management. He previously served over 20 years in the REO Preservation industry, as Senior Vice President of Strategy - Executive Management team, and founding member of REO Allegiance, a national property service company for bank-related real estate. Derrick has also been active with numerous real estate organizations nationwide, has been a speaker/ presenter at numerous REO related seminars, plus has been featured as an expert on national panels and in the media, among other involvements.
