Our guest speaker is Loona Cadely-Jeanty is a local authority on credit repair and the author of the vastly popular "Credit Repair Secrets"
Loona was born and raised in Haiti, before migrating to the United States at the age of 22. Growing up, she was fascinated with the idea of being an entrepreneur. When she migrated to the states she was introduced to the world of credit and made her share of mistakes. In Credit Repair Secrets, Loona reveals the steps she took to go from being in foreclosure and collections to a flourishing Real Estate Investor and Financial Coach. Loona holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Finance and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Loona has a servant heart. She is a licensed and ordained minister; she helps her husband pastor Restoration Church. Loona is also very involved in her community through the Haitian Foundation that she founded in 2009. If she isn’t spending time with her friends and family, you can almost always find her doing ministry or community work.

At every meeting we will attempt to impart as much information about financial literacy and financial freedom as we can.

Subgroup leader - Ron Odom
Since 1996, Ron Odom has invested in real estate. A diversified businessman, Ron has hands-on expertise and is a recognized authority in the areas of remodeling, buying, selling, leasing and management of single-family homes. Six months after purchasing his first investment property in 1996, Ron joined SJREIA, known then as SJI. Throughout the years, Ron has served on the Board of Directors for two terms. In 2009, Ron authored the wildly successful ‘Killer Profits Wholesaling Real Estate’, an e-book that tells it like it is in a down to earth format. His book provides step-by-step instructions to successfully wholesaling real estate in an ever-changing real estate market.
