Landlord Tenant Law with Attorney Vera McCoy
Vera McCoy is an attorney, investor, a serial entrepreneur, and student of life. She obtained her B.A. from Rutgers University, with honors. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law. Currently she's a member of the New Jersey State Bar and is qualified to appear in US District Court & US Bankruptcy Court of New Jersey. Vera began her entrepreneurial journey as co-owner, of the Real McCoy Day Care Center and Nursery School with her mother, Lela McCoy. She started her own law firm after her mother retired. The firm's primary focus is real estate law and bankruptcy. Vera is presently scaling down her law practice to expand her real estate portfolio. As the previous owner of commercial and multi-family properties, Vera brings a unique perspective to the importance of using her legal background to help investors sustain and grow their portfolios. She works as a business consultant and motivator for entrepreneurs through her podcast, Financial 1st Aid.
