Marc Halpern made more than $1 million in Camden County as a part-time real estate investor. Marc wrote 7 books including “We Buy Houses Sometimes”, “Which Real Estate Investment Strategy is Best for YOU?” and “Now Be Happier.”
Marc will answer questions on any topic related to real estate investing including flipping, rentals, lease-option, funding, market cycle and tips on how to be a successful part-time investor without driving yourself crazy when you have a full-time occupation not related to investing.
