Guest speaker: Michael Bonadies
Mike will be covering what it means to manage your properties starting with your first acquisition to growing into hundreds of units. He will cover how property management changes and how your systems need to change as you grow your rental portfolio. During the talk we will dive into the five items below and how they needs to be executed based on how many units you currently own!

BIO - Mike is a landlord and property manager. He currently owns 50 rental units in Camden, Gloucester, Cape May and Cumberland counties. He Co-Owns a property management company, TerraVestra Property Management, that specializes in managing rental properties specifically in the South Jersey area and Side By Side MRO which specializes in pre-1940 construction. Mike is also a farmer and owns a livestock farm in Vineland.
Mike has been a board member since 2021. He worked as the membership benefit committee chair and worked on putting together the legislation committee.
