Bio - LISA G. LOPEZ BROKER OF RECORD, MBA, CRB, REALTOR® Lisa G. Lopez is a lifelong resident of Southern Ocean County in NJ. She has been in the Real Estate (RE) industry since 1992 and licensed since 1994. Lisa has an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Stockton University and is a graduate of Goldman Sachs-10,000 Small Businesses Program. Lisa also holds a Broker's license and real estate instructor’s license. She has worked for both franchise and non-franchise owned real estate companies. In 2004 Lisa opened Home Alliance Realty, LLC (HAR), a full-service real estate brokerage located in Manahawkin, NJ.
Lisa has extensive experience in retail sales, investment sales and working with buyers. Her specialty is in foreclosures, REO management and property management.
