Drew Side, Mike Bonadies
We will be interviewing Drew Side of Side by Side MRO (www.sidebysidemro.com). Drew is a prolific investor and contractor. He and his construction company has completed well over 400 rehabs. He himself flips approximately 25-35 properties a year. He also owns over 180 doors in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Aside from investing, his company has experience in completing REO cleanout work as well as lead paint remediation and lead paint inspections. During our interview, we're going to be covering his experience throughout the year and the advice he has for investors, both new and experienced, in running and managing a job site.

- How to work with the trades and manage them on your jobsite
- How to motivate and rally a labor workforce
