Bio: full time investor of 7 years. Currently own an 8 figure real estate portfolio with the completion of over 200+ projects. Rentals, Flips & Retail Renovations.
Early 2019 I opened a construction company by COVID I was on the brink of Bankruptcy from being a poor operator. My wife & I had to Project Manage our existing open projects out of Debt. We learned everything along the way of Steps ,processes & correct procedures to run a successful renovation due to almost losing everything.

- Professional Mechanical Project Manager and Estimator with over 30 years experience in commercial and residential new construction and rehab. ranging from 100K to 10mil dollar projects in NJ, PA, & DE
