Discover the expert secrets to getting a huge difference in your purchase price and post-rehab price during this subgroup meeting!
- (BRRR example: Buy $200k, rehab $20k, appraised value $300k, cash out refi $225k and hold as rental).
- Some houses on Zillow are bought for little, renovated quickly, sometimes without much money, and are listed and sold for top dollar. Or are rented and refinanced for top dollar. (The bank/appraiser is your “buyer” when you BRRR)
- Other houses are bought for a lot, renovated for a lot, and appraised for not nearly enough. (i.e. Buy $200k, rehab $60k, appraised value $240k, max cash out refi $180k)
