Meet the panel:
Tom Dagney - Current SJREIA President and seasoned real estate investor. Tom has been a part time real estate investor for over 25 years. His experience includes being a residential landlord (yearly and seasonal), land developing, and rehabbing/house flipping in the Camden, Burlington, Cape May, and Philadelphia counties.
Some of his recent/current projects include:
New center city townhouse construction
New student residential rental construction
Seeking and rehabbing distressed properties for his rental portfolio
Stan Wilder - I am the owner of Wilder Property Acquisitions LLC. I started as a part time investor in 2010 with cash flow real estate and now primarily do fix and flip full time, sort of lol. I own 6 doors in the PA markets and I've completed 30+ fix and flips in the NJ market since 2017. I have been a member of SJREIA since 2016.
Howard W. "Bud" Evans is a retired Police Officer of 13 years and retired USAF military officer of 34 years. Bud is the former Mayor of Cinnaminson, NJ. Bud is a real estate investor and licensed agent who currently operates in NJ and Pittsburgh, PA with single family homes. Bud’s a Real Estate Investment Coach for Tarek El Moussa. I teach the BRRRR method, Commercial Multifamily Analysis, Velocity and Infinite banking.
Currently Bud has underwritten over $100 million in deals and has created a personal real estate portfolio of over $10 million. Bud is the President of Aim High Properties, LLC.
