Mike Bonadies, Mike Anderson, Tony Reaves, Guest Attorney (Landlord-Tenant Law)

Mike Bonadies is a landlord and property manager. He currently owns 50 rental units in Camden, Gloucester, Cape May and Cumberland counties. He Co-Owns a property management company, TerraVestra Property Management, that specializes in managing rental properties specifically in the South Jersey area and Side By Side MRO which specializes in pre-1940 construction. Mike is also a farmer and owns a livestock farm in Vineland.
Mike has been a SJREIA board member since 2021. He worked as the membership benefit committee chair and worked on putting together the legislation committee.

Mike Anderson is a seasoned real estate investor in the South Jersey market. In a few short years, Mike accumulated a rental portfolio of over 20 rental properties while completing several fix and flip projects. During that time, Mike also took an interest in lending and became a licensed loan officer. More recently, he ventured into hospitality by founding a Short Term Rental Property Management company that services over 30 shore rental properties in Ocean County. Mike enjoys sharing his passion for real estate and helping others grow and succeed.

Tony Reaves MBA/JD, transaction engineer, BRIEF - Full time Real Estate Investor, Landlord and coach and speaker since 1989. Founder and former president of GSREIA, NJREIA, and former President of the National Real Estate Investors Association. Former Army Officer and Lawyer.
Owner of multiple companies from real estate investing, property management, private equity and coaching.
