BIO: Rick has been in the real estate industry for 38 years as a broker, REO (Foreclosure) agent, instructors, coach and investor. He has extensive experience with flips and buy and hold properties, many of which he has purchased using OPM (other people’s money) and, at times, using not a dollar of his own. Rick moved to Texas with his family in August of 2019 and still manages to maintain his current portfolio and increased his holdings with his partner. Starting with humble beginnings, purchasing small properties in Trenton, many of which he still owns, he has amassed over a million dollars in equity.

Moderator and Host, Rich Rickards is a licensed insurance agent of Esposito Insurance Group who specializes in commercial and residential properties. He has been in the industry since 2014 and has been working with Esposito Insurance Group since 2017. Rich focuses on insuring South Jersey properties for real estate investors and is also a private money lender. Rich lives in south jersey and raised 2 daughters with his wife Karyn.
