Panel of rehabbers will go over line-item cost for common rehab tasks which allows them to estimate how much the renovation will roughly cost.
- Allows experienced rehabbers to move fast on offers.

Stan Wilder - I am the owner of Wilder Property Acquisitions LLC. I started as a part time investor in 2010 with cash flow real estate and now primarily do fix and flip full time, sort of lol. I own 6 doors in the PA markets and I've completed 30+ fix and flips in the NJ market since 2017. I have been a member of SJREIA since 2016.

Bryan McClaskey - Realtor, Real Estate Rehabber & Golf Enthusiast ...
Bryan has been a South Jersey resident his whole life. After graduating from Spring Garden College in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management in 1985, he started his career working in Atlantic City building several hotel/casinos for almost 10 years, before turning to real estate sales in the mid 1990's. But after a few years of working as a Realtor and helping others buy & sell their homes, the building bug was too strong for him & he started buying houses needing TLC & rehabbing them for profit. And along the way, Bryan also started accumulating some rental properties & building a real estate portfolio. Today, Bryan splits his time working as a Realtor, a Landlord & a Rehab Investor, while taking as much time off as possible to play golf and spend with his family. Bryan has been a member of South Jersey REIA since the late 1990's and believes that anyone taking action with a little discipline & desire to get ahead, can become a successful real estate investor in a relatively short period of time...
Dave Hargrave has been a full time real estate investor since 2008. He is focused on fix and flip rehabs in addition to owning and maintaining a small residential investment portfolio. Dave also owns and oversees a boutique general contracting company, working with selective clientele on their home renovations. Dave is well versed in all aspects of home construction and specializes in design/ layout. Dave’s motivation comes from his passions- family first, then motorcycles, from road racing up and down the east coast to trail riding all over the country.
