Carl Fischer is a Cornell University graduate and third generation real estate developer. Carl began his investing career in the 1970’s when he was employed as a rocket scientist at Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Carl has implemented plans and managed over 20 million dollars in real estate transactions. His real estate investments include commercial and residential properties, including real property, notes, and mortgages. He has been able to increase his personal net worth and control many endeavors with the self-direction tools available. In addition to his hands-on experience, he has the opportunity to speak to many groups including real estate investors and brokers, CPAs, financial advisors, and mortgage professionals about the power and possibilities of IRA, 401(k), and qualified plan self-direction. He presently has investments in PA, NJ, NY, FL, NC, and WI.

Joe Fulvio serves as a CamaPlan liaison to private equity, private lending and venture capital organizations, where he simplifies IRA/401k investing for these companies and their investors. Before this, he spent four decades working with start-up venture and growth company entrepreneurs and investors in a broad range of industries in the U.S., Europe and Asia, delivering measurable improvements in revenue growth, profitability and shareholder value. He now applies his market development and business operating experience to evaluating investment opportunities. As an enthusiastic advocate of self-directed IRAs and 401Ks, he brings an everyday investor's perspective to using these tools to build a portfolio and accumulate wealth. He is a graduate of St. Louis University, lives in Bucks County Pennsylvania and has been a CamaPlan client since 2015.

Dave Van Horn serves as Executive Chairman of PPR Capital Management. His chief responsibilities include the oversight of the Company’s strategic planning, business development, and fundraising functions. Dave’s expertise is derived from over 35 years of residential and commercial real estate experience as a licensed Pennsylvania realtor, investor, title company partner, and commercial fundraiser.
Dave is a graduate of West Chester University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. In addition to his role as Executive Chair, Dave’s biggest passion is teaching others how to build and preserve wealth.
