Should I Flip? Rent? Wholesale? Or Lease-Option?
Avoid Wasting 1-2 Decades of Your Life!
This is a crucial topic since the decision which investment strategy to choose determines how many years and how much work an individual investor will have to invest in order to meet his/her financial goals and intermediate milestones. Few investors customize their mix of investment strategies for their personal situation. This presentation will provide the thought process for strategic evaluation that will help investors avoid wasting 1-2 decades of their lives on the path to achieving their goals.
