Seasoned real estate investor with over 30 years’ experience, Frank has learned a lot along the way. He has successfully purchased real estate for huge profits with little money down and in highly competitive markets (such as today).
Frank will discuss the following (and a lot more)

- How he found multiple deals that were not on the market (and other investors had passed on)

Frank Barillari
BIO - A Real Estate investor since 1982, Past President of Metropolitan Real Estate Investors Association on two occasions for a total of 12 years.
Has experience in: Real-estate auctions, estate, tax deed, tax certificate, sheriff sale. He is known for buying 8 properties at a deed auction and then having his own public auction 30 days later. He's bought a textile factory at auction then selling the equipment for the entire price of the property, then selling the building for 3X the purchase.
In addition, he has experience with commercial buildings, mixed use retail/office, office, restaurants, and multifamily, condo conversions using “the New Jersey Condo Conversion Exemption”, buying “notes & mortgages” for the purpose of acquiring the property, friendly foreclosure, raw land with the “purchase subdivision” tactic, Free New Jersey land. Frank currently owns commercial, multi family, land, single families, and condos while also running a flip business.
