Presentation by Greg Senkevitch - Greg is a private real estate investor, maintaining ownership interests in several commercial and multifamily properties. He is the CEO of Beneficial Holdings, Inc. and Somerset Property Trust.

BIO - Greg is a private real estate investor, maintaining ownership interests in several commercial and multifamily properties. He is the CEO of Beneficial Holdings, Inc. and Somerset Property Trust. Since 2007 Greg has acquired 5 office and industrial properties totaling 2.1 million square feet and 9 multifamily properties for a total value in excess of $250 million and has recapitalized a $200 million high rise residential development in Manhattan.
Greg has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry including portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions, development, leasing and investor relations. Greg's institutional investment experience includes structuring, capitalizing, closing and managing joint ventures with foreign and domestic institutional partners.
