Chris Haddon is one of the Co-Founders of Hard Money Bankers and Veraciti Capital and handles investor relations as well as oversees the loan portfolio. Chris designed the capital, loan servicing, and accounting operations of HMB which allow the company to manage a $50mm loan portfolio in a very efficient manner with minimal staff and overhead.
Chris is also an avid growth marketer and his efforts over the years have allowed his lending companies to be recognized as some of the dominant private lenders in the MidAtlantic Region.
Chris got his start in real estate working for a large commercial bank after graduating from Salisbury University.
