How to find properties with no for sale signs, no ads in the paper and not on the internet.

PROBLEM:

Distressed property owners still think their property is worth more than it really is. Even if it needs a ton of repairs, they still think is worth a billion. During the last few years, they saw their neighbors getting multiple offers and selling their homes for way more than market value. This was all a result of “Low inventory”. Back during the pandemic, Builders got way behind on keeping up with supply and demand and now because of the higher interest rates, some of the owners do not want to sell their homes with low interest mortgages and buy a bigger house with higher interest rates. A big problem that we investors have is the costs of rehabbing is much higher than it was a year ago. so therefore, how do we get owners to sell at reasonable prices?

SOLUTION:

The “Hidden Market” is the answer. On Saturday May 3rd, I will teach you how to solve these problems and make sensible and profitable deals. I am really good at presenting offers to sellers in a win-win solution and I will teach you how to do the same. There is plenty of money out there to fund your deals but I must teach you how to get really good at finding them. Make plans now to attend this outstanding event. We will meet at 9:00am in the classroom and then go door knocking for a few hours. Then we will go back to the classroom to tie it all together.
