Each volunteer will be tasked for specific jobs the day of the event. Volunteers can pick from the list.
Below are some examples:
- Clean up along the fence line on Delsea Drive.
- Weeding the vegetable garden.
- Clean up potential camp sites in The Village Dock area (pulling weeds, pruning bushes, raking, etc.)
- Clean up around the basketball court/tennis court area (pulling weeds, sweeping, pruning, raking, etc.)
- Clean up around the front entrance (ditto above)
- There is an unfinished walkway around the lake that needs to be finished off with wood from pallets.
- Clean out the Bath House at Operation Safe Haven to prepare for building repairs.
It would be helpful if you can bring your own rakes, shovels, pruning shears, work gloves, etc.
Everyone working on the property needs to sign a waiver of liability form when they arrive. LUNCH provided to all volunteers.
PLEASE REGISTER/RSVP if you plan to attend. Organizers want to plan activities for the day and need a lunch count.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
