Bio Gino Pinto - At just 19 years old, I bought my first duplex with my sister, splitting the investment and learning the ropes of real estate firsthand. We purchased the property for $75,000, put $10,000 into rehab, and turned it into a functional duplex cash-flowing $1,200 per month—all while having the seller hold the note. That early experience gave me both the confidence and foundation to pursue real estate full time. This year, I teamed up with my brother Johnny and two close friends I met through SJREIA, Joe and Nolan, to launch a real estate business. Together, we’ve already completed our first flip as a team and are building momentum for bigger projects ahead.
Bio Jordan Cream is a 23-year-old independent real estate investor based in Burlington County, New Jersey. With no formal background in real estate, Jordan broke into the off-market space and started closing deals within his first year — all through hard work, consistency, and a focus on real connections.
