Tyler Austin, Founder & CEO - REISift

BIO - Tyler Austin is a husband, father, veteran, real estate investor, and the founder of REISift a bootstrapped SaaS in Proptech helping Real Estate Professionals close deals cheaper, faster, more consistently. Tyler has had a few types of careers ranging from building bombs to hacking planes and now owning businesses. Tyler also enjoys adding properties to his portfolio.

Growing tired of traveling for the Air Force, Tyler got started in real estate when he was 24 as a way to achieve personal and professional freedom. Within 2 years, he’d built a successful investing business that broke him out of debt, freed him from his W2, and allowed him to follow his entrepreneurial dreams. Now Tyler spends most of his time creating software and systems that help real estate professionals streamline their sales and marketing. He’s also an outdoorsman who’ll do anything to see his tribe succeed, offline and online.

Host - Wholesaling Subgroup Leader Stephen Chatto

Stephen Chatto has been involved in Real Estate since 2000 dabbling in rentals, but it was not until 2012 that he jumped in full time using Wholesaling Houses to pay the Bills.  In 2016 The focus once started to switch back to acquiring rentals using private capital.  Fast forward to today and his focus is on using the skills gained through 6 years of Wholesaling to acquire long term buy and holds, while enjoying regular assignment fees to further that goal.  Stephen has been the leader of SJREIA's Wholesaling Subgroup since 2016.

Co-host Roland Jefferson

Roland is a real estate wholesaler and a man of faith with a beautiful wife and 3 fantastic grown children.  After much prayer for alternative ways to increase his income during his 17 years in corporate American, where he maxed his income as a performance engineering IT computer consultant, Roland discovered real estate wholesaling. He dove into the information age of free podcasts and YouTube University to gain an understanding of this new opportunity during his long work commutes to New York City. Eventually, Roland began working part-time in wholesaling real estate and as his education grew, he invested in advanced training and coaching to accelerate his knowledge and develop more consistent deal flow. Roland has been blessed with the ability to replace and exceed his corporate income enabling him to be a full-time real estate wholesaler for the past 2 years. In addition to his love of winning in the wholesale arena, Roland also has a passion for teaching new wholesalers and helping them to achieve their own success. Roland believes in being a blessing to motivated sellers, serious cash buyers and anyone willing to learn and work as a real estate wholesaler in order to be a positive impact in the lives of others.
