Chris Rydbom is a long time member of SJREIA, board member since 2013 and currently our Vice President. In addition, he has been a realtor since 2012. His preferred method of real estate investing is in Note and Wholesaler in Terms strategies. He is knowledgeable about rehabbing, negotiations, flipping and tax liens as well.
In regards to what he has accomplished on the board at SJREIA, he started with organizing SJREIA charity donation events such as Habitat for Humanity and local food banks. Volunteered to help with the front desk check-in at many of the subgroup meetings. He has implemented SJREIA's new website which offers great back office support and has allowed our members a simple way to achieve a web presence for both rental and for sale properties.
One of his current SJREIA projects, in his spare time, involves digitizing SJREIA current and past records to help the current board and future boards access needed information.
