Scott Good, Esq. litigates, arbitrates and tries both real estate and business cases representing businesses of all sizes before federal and state courts and the subject matter of these cases has encompassed a number of different state and federal statutes. He also represents both homeowner’s associations and local banks serving as collection counsel.
Scott earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Villanova University and his Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. He spent the early part of his career representing creditors in all types of financial situations including bankruptcies, receivership, collections, contract disputes, fraudulent transfer laws, mortgage foreclosures, and foreclosure on maritime liens at the national firm of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC. Then at the Comegno Law Group, he expanded his experience to include collection law, bankruptcy law, contract law, mortgage foreclosure, construction law, employment law, personal injury law, landlord/tenant law, and school and education law.
In his free time he is a member of the Quaker City String Band.
