Stephen is an accomplished real estate professional with over two decades of experience. His journey began in 2000 purchasing his first 3 family rental properties. A few more rentals and all was well, but he still needed to work. In 2012 he saw the possibilities available to him through wholesaling real estate. He decided to fully commit to real estate full time wholesaling to sustainably meet financial obligations and obtain more properties.
Over time, Stephen’s expertise in the real estate market evolved from wholesaling to purchasing multiple rental portfolios using the BRRR strategy, and most recently pursuits in private lending for truly passive income. Wholesaling has made him his own boss and he wants others to experience the same freedom. He has run SJREIA’s Wholesaling Focus Group since 2016.
